Horticulure - The vegetable field grows all kind of produce of which we can get seed in the country. They are mainly consumed at the restaurant and partly at the workers kitchen. They are grown organic with no kind of pesticides. The fertilizer used on the vegetables are all manufactured at the farm with seeds, leaves, barks, as well as insect repellent plants, the fertilizer used are also made at the farm.

Horticulure -  There is a citrus field where different variety of orange trees of are grown, as well as lemon, grapefruit, cacao, all sort of bananas and plantains.  The preparation of the land, where they will stay permanently, requires a lot of work. The hole where they are planted is prepared with topsoil. Shade is left to protect them while they grow, organic fertilizer is used on regular basis and any pest control is made with home made repellent.
