Horticulure - The vegetable field grows all kind of produce of which we can get seed in the country. They are mainly consumed at the restaurant and partly at the workers kitchen. They are grown organic with no kind of pesticides. The fertilizer used on the vegetables are all manufactured at the farm with seeds, leaves, barks, as well as insect repellent plants, the fertilizer used are also made at the farm.

Vegetables - The vegetable field is about six acres. Produce is planted on weekly basis, we can harvest year round in Nicaragua. During the rainy season we use tunnels to cover the vegetables that need it and in the summer we irrigate them. Most of the produce grown is used by the restaurant and the workers kitchen, and the cutting is taken to the pigpen. Organic fertilizer is used here, all of which we produce at the farm. Pest control is managed with homemade produce manufactured from our seeds leaves, insect repellent plants and others. Some of the produces grown are cauliflower, broccoli, onions, beets, carrots, varieties of lettuce, cabbage, Brussels sprout, garlic, potatoes, peas, peppers, etc.,
