	Wedding Photo Gallery Selva Negra offers a little piece of paradise in hosting many different types of special events. It is an ideal sight for small, intimate wedding ceremonies or lavish 200 people receptions. We set up conference halls for conferences, business meetings and many other special events. Its location in the cool mountains of the north-central highlands of Nicaragua offers the privacy necessary for business meetings and the unique charm for a beautiful, personal wedding ceremony. Selva Negra is an ideal location for all your special events. We can accommodate events from small business meetings, quinces, and office parties to large wedding receptions. We offer two conference halls, Salon Blanco, Salon Bavaria, brand new meeting rooms, full service restaurant and a charming chapel that was recently built specifically for wedding ceremonies. The conference halls accommodate gatherings from 75 to 350 persons in a sit down dinner style and 100 to 400 persons conference style. Chapel Our small and charming chapel has performed some romantically unforgettable weddings. It's setting on a hill, heading into the rainforests of Selva Negra give it a picture perfect setting. Gardens align up along the cobble stone walkway up to the top. The chapel, although recently built, is built of stone giving it an antique, charming appearance. The chapel sits about 120 people. Salon Blanco Salon Blanco is just up the road from the restaurant, facing the same lake that the restaurant sits on. It's ideally located between the restaurant and the chapel for easy use of all three for wedding ceremonies and receptions. Its interior is decorated in white for wedding receptions. Salon Blanco has white tiles, the ceiling is decorated with white hanging material, white icicle lights dangling from the ceiling and white curtains and linens give it the romantic and elegant atmosphere that most brides seek for in a glamorous reception. An additional colored tablecloth can be chosen in your wedding colors to add a personal touch to your event. Once all decorated it's a setting for a very romantic dinner. Inside Salon Blanco, 300 people can be accommodated in tables that sit between eight and ten persons. Salon Blanco doors open up to its adjacent terrace for additional seating. An additional 10 tables can be set up on the terrace accommodating 50 people, and still leave room for the dance floor. On the terrace your guests can enjoy outdoor hors d'oeuvres, cocktails and a moonlit dance floor during wedding receptions or office parties. The terrace in its gracious surroundings is a perfect setting for outdoor cocktail events and luncheons for baby and bridal showers. Salon Blanco can accommodate a total of 350 people. Salon Bavaria Salon Bavaria is set-aside across the road from the restaurant. The conference hall is smaller than Salon Blanco and used primarily for business events. It accommodates 100 persons conference style and 75 persons sit down dinner style. It is often used to host conferences and large business meetings. Salon Bavaria has hosted several international conferences and business events. It can accommodate a total of 100 people. Meeting Rooms For small groups, the new meeting rooms are a good choice. They are smaller classroom type rooms to host business meetings or small groups in for a reunion area. For details on the meeting rooms, please contact us. They are so new we aren't able to post too much information about them at the moment; it is Selva Negra's most recent addition. With the high demand of meeting rooms, Selva Negra has built these rooms to meet this particular need. The meeting rooms are located just around the corner from the restaurant before reaching Salon Blanco. We are hoping that our guests will get a lot of use from our newest addition; we are excited about its future. Restaurant The restaurant can be reserved for larger functions or other gatherings. The restaurant opens its back glass wall to terrace overlooking the lake. A buffet is set up in a set of horseshoe tables, offering an irresistible collection of main courses, salads, etc. Cocktails and butlered cold and hot hors d'oeuvres can be offered to your guests. Selva Negra has been renowned as a hotel, restaurant, coffee plantation and nature reserve all rolled into one by the authors in "Adventure Travellers, Central America". What a perfect place to host your next special event! We have proudly hosted dozens of weddings and a few major business conferences. As we learn we are broadening our horizons to hosting birthday and office parties, showers or whatever your special event might be.
