Selva Negra offers restaurant services at the lodge that is within easy reach to all the bungalows and chalets. Located on one of the resort's small lakes it offers a large deck with a wonderful view of both the mountain and the lake. The dining room is open seven days a week from 7AM to 10PM. Restaurant service offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. Cake and coffee are served all day long and of course, offer our own Selva Negra Estate Coffee as well as designer desserts from our own Cordon Blue Bakery Chef.
The menu offers both Latin and German dishes as well as hamburgers made with organic beef and sandwiches made with our homemade cheeses and cold cuts. Buffet service is available all Sundays and Holidays. The buffet boasts a wonderful salad selection from fresh resort-grown vegetables. On the buffets you will also find wonderful soups, rice, potatoes, and a variety of meats. Full bar services are also available. You may sit and enjoy a stein full of beer while sitting in the marvelous hand carved wooden bar.
