At Selva Negra, every dish begins long before it reaches the kitchen. It is born in the fertile soils of our “La Hammonia” farm, where we grow products with respect and awareness—nourishing both the body and the environment.
Coffee, cacao, vegetables, honey, fruits, and fresh herbs are cultivated under sustainable practices certified by Rainforest Alliance, MayaCert, and Bird Friendly, ensuring a harmonious cycle between production, community, and nature.

More than a meal, it is a complete experience. We invite our visitors to tour the gardens, discover the dairy, coffee, and cacao processes, and learn how sustainability is transformed into flavor.
In addition, many of our products—such as coffee, honey, cheeses, fruits, vegetables, and jams—are available to take home, extending the Farm to Table experience beyond your visit.
